2017 Lightforce SA Rally Rally of the Heartland
2-4th June
The inaugural event is aimed at Classic Car competitors, and is Round 2 of the South Australian Rally Championship (SARC).
The CAMS C1, C2, C3 and C4 categories will be eligible, along with an All Comers category.
There will be a very long near 80km night stage and stages through wind farms are a special and unique feature of the event.
With tremendous support from the Goyder Council, Lightforce Performance Lighting, Eblen Subaru and Shannons, along with many other event sponsors and partners the event is well placed to be a significant rally event for the Mid North. Special mention also goes to the management of The Hallett Hill Wind Farm, and the Waterloo Wind Farm for their great support and access to normally highly secure areas – adding the the special nature and landscape of the event. The event also relies on many land owners, volunteers and the local residents to make such an event work.

This stage, last run during the Sydney London event in 2014, at the Hallett Wind Farm, and is just one of the wind farm stages which will give you some insight to a small part of what this years event is about.
