Great news! We have secured a room at the Uniting Connection Building at 24 Barwell St, Eudunda.
We meet EVERY Wednesday at 7:30pm for an 8pm start.
Cost is $15 per attendee – please bring cash (correct amount preferred) as we don’t have an EFTPOS facility.
If you have friends that are interested, they are welcome to join us.
We will have tea and coffee available.
What to bring:
- your laptop (if you have one – please make sure it’s charged if possible)
- your phone – you’ll need to hotspot to wifi (we can help you with this if you don’t already know how to do it)
- your Arduino kit (if you have purchased one). If you haven’t ordered your kit yet, you can do this here: https://www.amazon.com.au/ – then search for this model number: AU-EL-KIT-008 ($67.98) Please get this kit and not the upgraded kit, which is inferior. Even if you don’t have a kit, just bring along your laptop and phone
- notebook and pen (if you like to take notes)
What to do before attending:
- Go to this site then download and install the Arduino V2.3.2 IDE https://www.arduino.cc/en/software on your laptop.
(when I did this I couldn’t find where the program was. If this happens to you, go to the “type here to search” box at the bottom left hand of your task bar and type Arduino. Then you can add the icon to your task bar to easily find it in the future). When you start the program it will take some time to install the ancillary files and windows will ask you if it’s OK to make changes to your laptop – you need to say “yes” to them all.
Call Peter on 0438 262 164 if you would like to find out more and to book into the club.
