St John’s Lutheran School is situated in the Lower Mid North town of Eudunda. It serves the families of the Eudunda and Kapunda communities by offering a Christ-centred, independent education. We are now a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. St John’s Lutheran School has developed excellent, modern facilities featuring up to date interactive whiteboards, Soundfield hearing systems and spacious teaching areas. It is part of a strong history of Lutheran schools providing high quality education. Families in the area wanted to establish a school and in 1872 a Lutheran school was established at Emmaus, near Eudunda. In 1904 the school was moved to its current site. It has developed into a school which is proud of its heritage. St John’s continues to offer a Christian education which is internationally minded and develops Christian values with committed, caring teachers. Students in outlying areas can access the school through the local school buses which service the town’s students as well as buses which transport students from Kapunda, Tarlee and Marrabel regions. We welcome your enquiries and invite you to explore our website. Please contact the school to arrange a tour with the Principal.
