Eudunda Community Hub & Shed

Eudunda Community Hub & Shed

Since the official opening a lot has happened. Some very helpful grants have been received, more equipment donated and purchased, and some great events and working days have happened.

One of the things that has happened as we grew we felt we could stand on our own (previously we were a sub-committee of the Eudunda Community, Business and Tourism (ECBAT)).

With running our own Association we also renamed ourselves to better reflect who we had become as we evolved. Now we have the name, ‘Eudunda Community Hub & Shed’. We also have a new logo which you can see on the market flier below.

Each Tuesday is a hive of activity, with different project happening, and at the same time a friendly, and social environment.

We also seen a need for a regular monthly ‘Trash & Treasure, Produce, Market’ here locally, and have been holding one regularly.

Please come to have a look and a chat, Tuesdays or on Market Days – the first Saturday of the Month.

There was a great interest in this new community resource, and much to the delight of the small committee, some 30 people attending the official opening and another 20 or so came during the day to find out more.

Since then the Committee, Volunteers and Members have worked tirelessly to fund new equipment, and been involved in many projects from restoration to artwork. Membership has grown.

The latest Fundraising/Community Support & Involvement project has been to run a regular monthly ‘Trash & Treasure, Produce, Market’.
