Everyone who is keen to look after the wellbeing of Eudunda is encouraged to attend the Public forum on Monday 15th of February to confront the Regional Council of Goyder’s Recommendation that B-Doubles come down the Main Street of Eudunda.
- Are you aware that the angle parking will be lost?
- Are you aware of the access issues for B Doubles getting to silos and moving in the district?
- Are you aware of the economic impact on not having B Double access (as described in the document)?
- Are you aware of what might happen to our community and shopping precinct if some of the proposals were implemented?
- What effect it might have on shopping for our aging community, farming and tourism?
- Will this further threaten the viability of our shops?
The various proposals are revealed in the discussion paper released by Council as they and the District grapple for the best solution for all.
See the RCOG website for the discussion paper. (PDF)
