Over the years we have collected quite a few news items, and until now they have only really been visible through a small ‘window’ of this website through the listing on the right hand side called ‘News Items’ which only show the last 10 items. You can search for something, but it was difficult to ‘casually browse’ the articles.
This has now improved!
You can select “News Items” from the main top menu and that page allows you to further refine what you see by listing under some of the major towns in our Southern Goyder region.
Please be aware that we have only started sub categorising the news since March 2014, so this will take a while to build up. We don’t plan to go back and do this for previous articles.
We hope that you find lots of items which show this district is rich in Heritage, Culture, Fun, beautiful places to visit and stay and if passing through, that we might tempt you to stop and take a moment to enjoy our area.
