The Regional Youth Bus is an initiative of the Barossa Lower North Futures.
It is a mobile facility capable of supporting youth aged 12 to 24 years old where-ever it is attending.
There are 5 partnering Council Regions which are – The Barossa, Light, Mallala, Goyder and Wakefield, so the bus will be kept busy attending various locations.
The bus is fitted with the latest tech gear, including gaming, music and WiFi, in a safe, supervised environment where friends can ‘Hang Out’.
One interesting innovation is that as the bus moves around the region, youth are able to stay in contact with those on it via social media.
